Candidate for Wayne 5th Ward Municipal Council

A 30-year resident of Wayne, initially growing up off Valley Road, now residing in the Stonebridge Community.

Education:

Attended and graduated from Wayne Public Schools (Lafayette-‘99, George Washington-‘02, and Wayne Valley-’06)

Earned a B.A. in Political Science from Montclair State University and a Master’s of Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University

 

Volunteerism:

• Volunteer EMT with the Wayne First Aid Squad for 17 years
• Current First Aid & Safety Commissioner, Former Director of First Aid
• Volunteer Firefighter Wayne Fire Company #3 for 16 years
  • Currently Trustee, Former President
• Active Parishioner at Our Lady of the Valley Roman Catholic Church
  • Co-chair of the Annual Family Festival since 2015
  • Founder and co-chair of the Annual Christmas 50/50 Raffle Committee
• Commissioner on the Wayne Township Board of Adjustment
• Former Commissioner on the Pompton Lakes Redevelopment Agency

Professional Experience:

• Employed by the Township of Wyckoff as the Township Administrator.
  • Also serving as the Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator.
• Employed part-time by the Borough of Montvale as the Chief Financial Officer.
• Licensed to hold multiple municipal positions, including Public Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Municipal Clerk, Tax Collector, Purchasing Agent, and Registrar of Vital Statistics.
• Licensed EMT-Instructor by the New Jersey Department of Health
